After nearly four decades of service to Dominica internationally, nationally, and at community level this son of the soil, who makes his home with his wife Joycelyn, in Felicite, La Plaine, is poised at the peak of his professional life to lead a team of outstanding Dominicans on a mission to rescue his Country . His father, grandfather and great grand father all buried in La Plaine will rejoice in pride that Ronald’s perseverance, focus, quiet fortitude and grounded peoples politics will be put to the service of all Dominicans as Prime Minister, especially at this grave junction in our nations life.
